CARLSBAD BY THE SEA RESORT CARLSBAD CA 4K

Towering over the 5 freeway at the Palomar Airport exit on I-5, stands a full size windmill with blades that actually turn. This was originally one of the former Pea Soup Anderson's "chain" of restaurants (I think there's one other up south of Fresno).

Nearby are the Carlsbad flower fields, which are something to see in the Spring when in bloom.
