The Harbour Grand on Hong Kong Island is an oasis of calm surrounded by Hong Kong's busyness but close to the Fortress Hill MRT subway. It's great value and the Kwan Cheuk Heen restaurant is excellent. Plus wonderful views at night from the Le 188 lounge.
