Raintr33 Hotel Singapre

The Raintr33 hotel in Singapore is OK for a night or two. Its reasonably quiet and not too far from airport. If you require shops and places to eat then choose elsewhere toward Orchard road. If you want somewhere quiet then this is OK. Somehow it doesn't feel as though its run by professionals.

It consists of two old buildings dating back to the 2nd world war. Its only been open for 18 months or so. Could do with more attention to detail.

I would rate it 5/10. Would I stay here again - for one night only if in transit but that's all. One thing I did like and that was the smell of "old Singapore as I entered the lobby" Singapore is great but almost too sterile for me now. I prefer the old days of this city.
