The vintage two-story, 51-room hotel was originally built in 1939 by master architect Henry Hohauser, and is considered a prime example of the Streamline Style of the Art Deco movement. Restored by Think Hotel Group in March of 2014, the hotel has been reimagined by interior designers Casa Conde & Associates as a casual retreat, featuring contemporary, minimalist guest rooms equipped with every modern comfort, including plush pillow top bedding and walls adorned with art by famed local artist-in-residence, Santino Sverdlov. Amenities like complimentary croquet, bicycles, beach chairs, yoga mats, and picnic blankets are available to all hotel guests. Family-friendly junior suites have either a single king bed or two queen-sized beds and a kitchenette.
